The birth of KMP Services
All I needed was that first vote of confidence. After that, all I needed was to ask as many questions as I could and trust that I could handle whatever endeavor I’d just agreed to take on!
Luckily for me, my friends were already headed down super successful paths of entrepreneurship and only needed help to keep that track to stardom going. And that, for me, was all the motivation I needed. I realized, right then and there, how much I loved the idea of helping not only my friends, but female business owners, and any hard-working, self-starting person succeed at growing their business.
Too often life feels like a competition. Life feels like you have to keep up with the rat-race or be eaten alive, usually from behind, when you least expect it. For me, I found so much joy in the idea of lifting my fellow mom friends up and helping their businesses thrive. At that moment, I started doing my research: looking into Quickbooks, understanding the basics, researching various social media outlets, and playing around with Squarespace to develop a website for my first clients.
Foundations for my clients were already there, but my friends needed someone to push them and take that extra “stuff” off their own plates so they could focus on their business’s purpose and what they truly loved.
And that, my friends, is when I realized what I wanted to make my own business’s purpose: Help other businesses Make Progress, Manage Productivity and Maxmize Potential, so that the owners could get back to focusing on what they truly loved! And that is how KMP Services, LLC was born.
